These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Gagglo", "we"). By creating an account or using the Gagglo app or website, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy and Community guidelines.
1. Who can use Gagglo
You must be at least 18 years old. We check your date of birth when you sign up and may ask for proof of age later. You can't use Gagglo if we have removed your account before.
2. Your account
You verify your mobile number once when you sign up, then log in with your email and password. Keep your password secure and never share it or any code we send you. You are responsible for activity on your account, including Talks you start.
3. Messages and free messages
You can message anyone. In a new conversation each person gets 10 free messages. After every paid Talk, each person gets 5 more. When you run out, you can keep talking by starting a Talk.
4. Talks and billing
- Each user sets their own chat price (at least ₹3 per minute) and video price (at least ₹6 per minute).
- The person who starts a Talk pays for all of its minutes, chat and video, even if the other person turns on video.
- Any minute with video connected is charged at the video price. Part minutes are charged as full minutes.
- To start a Talk you need at least 2 minutes of the price in your wallet. A Talk ends when either person ends it or your balance runs out.
- Declined or missed Talk requests cost nothing.
Example: Meera's chat price is ₹10/min and video ₹30/min. A Talk with 8 chat minutes and 5 video minutes costs ₹80 + ₹150 = ₹230.
5. Wallet and recharges
You add money to your wallet before starting Talks or sending heart gifts. Each recharge adds a convenience fee and GST, shown before you pay, and comes with a GST invoice. On iPhone, recharges go through Apple In-App Purchase; on Android and the web, through Razorpay. Wallet money can't be withdrawn or moved to another account. 6. Earnings and withdrawals
When someone pays for a Talk with you or sends you a heart gift, you earn the amount after Gagglo's commission. Commission rates for chat, video and gifts are shown in your creator dashboard and can change with notice. Before your first withdrawal you must complete KYC (PAN and bank account). We deduct TDS as the law requires, hold new earnings for a set period, and may reverse earnings from Talks that are refunded or found to be fraudulent.
7. Your content
You own what you post. You give Gagglo a licence to host, show and share it on the service, including 10-second previews of Reels shared on the web. Posts and Reels are scanned automatically before they go live, and we may remove anything that breaks the Community guidelines.
8. Contact details and off-app payments
Phone numbers, email addresses and similar details are blocked in messages. Trying to get around this, or asking to be paid outside Gagglo, can lead to strikes and account removal.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can appeal a strike in the app. You can delete your account at any time from the app or on our account deletion page.
10. Liability
Users are independent. Gagglo does not check or guarantee what users say in Talks. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [CITY] have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; we reply within 15 days.
