These terms apply to creators accepted into the Gagglo partner programme. They add to the Terms of Service, which continue to apply.
1. Levels and your share
Everyone keeps 50% of every Talk and heart gift. Approved partners keep more: Rising 60%, Pro 65%, Elite 70%. Founding Partners, the first 100 approved, keep 70% for 12 months and then move to the level their follower count gives them. Your level is set by a person on our team when you apply and reviewed from time to time. The same share applies to chat, video and gifts.
2. Your duties, the same at every level
- Keep your Gagglo link or code in your bio on at least one platform, all month.
- Post 2 Gagglo videos a month as a Reel, Short or YouTube video, labelled #ad or #collab, and add each video's link in the app.
If you miss a month we tell you in the app and by email and you get 7 days to fix it. If it is still missing after 7 days, your share goes back to 50% on new Talks until you are caught up. What you have already earned stays yours.
3. Extras
- Fan bonus: fans who join through your link or code and then Talk with other creators earn you 5% of what they spend there for 6 months.
- Creator referral: bring another creator and you get 10% of Gagglo's share on their Talks for 12 months. Their own share stays the same.
Extras are paid with your earnings, before TDS, and are capped so Gagglo's share of any Talk never falls below 25%. There is no payment for sign-ups alone.
4. Disclosure and conduct
Every paid post about Gagglo must carry #ad or #collab at the start of the caption and on screen. Never promise fans or other creators what they will earn. Partners follow the Community guidelines; a strike pauses partner extras and a suspension ends partner status.
5. Using the Gagglo name
You may use the Gagglo name, logo and the kit we give you (Story frames, scripts, QR sticker) to promote your Talk page. You may not suggest you speak for Gagglo or alter the logo.
6. Changes and ending
We may change shares, duties and extras with 30 days' notice in the app; Founding Partner terms are fixed for the 12 months. You can leave the programme at any time from the app and keep what you have earned. We may end partner status for broken duties, strikes or misuse of the Gagglo name.
