Gagglo respects the rights of people who make things. Post only what you created or have permission to use, and tell us if someone has copied your work.
1. What counts
Videos, photos, music, text and artwork are protected by copyright. Reposting someone's Reel, using a song you have no licence for, or copying a caption word for word can all infringe.
2. How to report a copy of your work
Email [email protected] with:
- a link to the content on Gagglo,
- a link to or copy of your original work and when you made it,
- your name, contact details and a statement that you own the work or act for the owner,
- a statement that the information is accurate.
We acknowledge within 24 hours, take down content that clearly infringes within 36 hours of a valid notice, and tell the person who posted it.
3. If your content was removed
You will get an email saying what was removed and why. If you believe it was a mistake, reply with your explanation and any proof of permission. We review counter-notices within 7 days and restore content when the claim does not hold up.
4. Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly post other people's work are suspended or removed, and lose partner status.
5. Trademarks
Do not use another brand's name or logo in a way that suggests they endorse you. Partners may use the Gagglo name and the kit we provide, as the Partner terms describe.
