Delete your Gagglo account

You can delete your account in the app, or request it here if you no longer have the app. Deletion is permanent after 30 days.

Option 1: In the app

  1. 1Open Gagglo and go to your Profile
  2. 2Tap Settings, then Account
  3. 3Tap Delete account
  4. 4Confirm with the OTP we send you

We ask for your password to confirm it's you. Forgot it? Reset your password first, or contact support from the email on your account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, photo, bio and username
  • Posts, photos, Reels, Stories and comments
  • Friends, followers and who you follow
  • Your messages (others see "Deleted user")
  • Reviews you wrote, watch history and saves
  • Your prices and video call settings

What we keep, and why

  • Recharge records and GST invoices, as tax law requires (8 years)
  • Talk billing records, earnings, TDS and KYC records
  • Reports and strikes, to stop banned users coming back
These are kept separately, only for legal and safety needs.

How long it takes

  • Your account is hidden right away.
  • Sign in within 30 days to cancel the deletion.
  • After 30 days everything above is permanently deleted.
  • We email or text you when it's done.
