This policy covers what you can post on Gagglo: posts, polls, Reels, Stories and comments. It adds detail to the Community guidelines, which always apply.
1. Before anything goes live
Every post and Reel is scanned automatically before it is published. Content that may break the rules is held for a person to review; you see "In review" on it and we usually decide within 24 hours. If it is removed you are told why and can appeal in the app.
2. Audience
Each post is shared with everyone or with friends only, your choice. Public Reels can be shared outside the app as a 10-second preview on gagglo.com; friends-only Reels never are. Stories disappear after 24 hours.
3. Paid promotion
If a post is paid promotion, including partner posts about Gagglo, label it clearly with #ad or #collab at the start of the caption and on screen, as the ASCI guidelines require.
4. Claims we look for
Captions and videos are checked for claims that could mislead: guaranteed results, cures, "100% safe", before-and-after promises, and offers to take payment outside Gagglo. Such posts are held for review and may be removed.
5. Other people's content
Only post content you made or have permission to use. See the Copyright policy for how to report a copy of your work.
6. Removal and strikes
Removed content counts as a strike when it broke the rules on purpose. Three strikes within 12 months lead to a suspension; serious cases lead straight to permanent removal. Every strike can be appealed once in the app.
